27th Anniversary Ticket includes:

• 1 Scarf with Marbling Printing Customisation (Limited to first 50 Redemptions throughout the whole event)
  
• Redeem 1 Ice Cream Treat 
• RM50 Online Voucher (valid until 31st October 2025)
• RM27 Retail Voucher, with a min. spend of RM120 (valid until 31st October 2025)

Ticket Purchase Terms & Condition:

• Event tickets cannot be purchased using gift cards or any discount codes.
• Any transactions made using a gift card or discount code will be considered void, and the order will be cancelled.
• Refunds for voided transactions will be processed via the original payment method used.

Ticket Redemption:

• All tickets to be redeemed at iORA 1 UTAMA or iORA IOI CITY MALL on event day 11am - 8pm, at the designated redemption counter.
• The online voucher and retail voucher included in the 27th Anniversary event ticket must be redeemed during the event period. Any unredeemed vouchers after the event will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, extended, or exchanged for cash or other offers.

Online Return Voucher Terms & Condition:

• The online voucher is valid only at my.iora.online.
• This online voucher can only be used in a single transaction.
• Any unutilised amount will not be refunded.
• Limited to one voucher per transaction. voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
• This online voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, promotion or redemption of membership points.
• This online voucher is not replaceable. Vouchers that have expired or are misplaced, defaced, and damaged will be forfeited.
• This online voucher cannot be used to purchase reusable tote bags.
• This online voucher is not applicable on discounted items and gift cards.
• The management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice.

Retail Return Voucher Terms & Condition: 

• The voucher is only valid at any iORA stores.
• Voucher can only be used for the next purchase.
• The original voucher must be presented upon redemption.
• This voucher can be used in a single transaction. Any unutilised amount will not be refunded.
• Limited to 1 voucher per transaction. Voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
• This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers, promotions, or membership point redemptions.
• This voucher is not replaceable. Expired, misplaced, defaced, or damaged vouchers will be forfeited.
• The voucher is not applicable for the purchase of camisoles, accessories, tote bags, or any specifically excluded items.
